High season for 20120/2021 is : from 06/20/2020 to 09/13/2020 and 12/20/2020 to 01/03/2021 included.

Minimum stay, 2 nights .

The prices quoted include :

    1 room with bed queen size, 2 persons

    1 mezzanine with sofa bed, 2 extra people

    1 shower room with toilets

Breakfast is included.

Tourist tax  (0,93€ /adult/night) will be added in accordance with the regulations.

 Free for baby under 2 years.

 If you need it, we can put a cot at your disposal in the bedroom (without charge).

You make an advance payment, 30% of total amount by bank transfer or paypal. The balance will be paid in the beginning of the stay. 

               - You can book on airbnb :

You pay by debit or credit card the entire cost of your stay on airbnb site on their terms.

1. Booking confirmation :                                                                                                                                         The reservation will be definite when the advance of 30% is made or when total payment is made on  airbnb account.   
2. Cancellation policies :                                                                                                                                             You can cancel 30 days before arrival date without any cancellation fee. Until 5 days before the arrival  the deposit (advance) will be kept. From 5 days before the arrival, the stay is due in full. The conditions of airbnb account apply when the payment is done  with them.

• check-in : 5pm - 10pm
• check-out : 11am  
• The whole house is a no-smoking area.
• It is not allowed to eat in the room or mezzanine

Alaska, our cat, is very friendly. He will certainly come to say hello when you will be arriving ! He is not allowed to go in the room. The mezzanine is opened so he may rise at a moment or an other... So, the acccomodation isn't suitable for people with allergies.
